Stand is free. There is nothing to charge you, and therefore nothing to refund.
Stand is free
Stand does not charge any fees, require a subscription, or accept payments of any kind. There is no premium tier, no paid plan, and no in-app purchases. You will never be billed.
Cancellation
You can stop using Stand at any time — no cancellation form, no notice period, no questions. Simply stop logging in. Your workspace and data remain intact unless you explicitly request deletion.
Account and data deletion
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email us at

Delete my account. We will permanently remove your workspace and all data within 7 business days and confirm by email.
Shared workspaces
If you share a workspace with a partner, deleting your account will remove the entire workspace including your partner's data. Inform them before requesting deletion.
No refunds applicable
Because Stand has never charged you, no refund is applicable under any circumstance. If you believe you were charged in error — which should never happen — contact us immediately and we will investigate.
Future changes
If Stand ever introduces paid features, this policy will be updated and users will be notified before any charges apply. Any paid features will be strictly opt-in.
