Stand is intended for personal use by individuals managing their own finances. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Automated access, bots, or scripted account creation is not permitted.

You are responsible for your account and everything that happens within it. Keep your access credentials secure. If you share a workspace with others, you are responsible for the people you invite.

Stand is a tracking and awareness tool — not a financial advisor. Nothing in the app constitutes investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. All projections, calculations, and summaries are informational only. Make financial decisions with a qualified professional.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to store or transmit unlawful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other workspaces or our infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service for commercial purposes
Availability
Stand is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.
No warranties
Stand is a personal project offered without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, inaccurate calculations, or any financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, registered users will be notified by email before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
